  • What does The Living Plan cost?

We request a deposit amount and then bill at an hourly rate to organize your records and to set up and digitize everything that goes in your vault. There is a small monthly subscription rate to access your vault after set up. With that you get:

    • A highly secure virtual vault to store all of your essential life documents, accounts and records
    • 24/7/365 access to your vault and help updating these records as needed. When you have a change in your affairs, we are there to help you update your vault.
    • Protection of your vault with the highest level of encryption technology available
    • Ability to upload and store as many documents as you need
    • Unlimited number of persons you can allow access to your vault
    • Personal, human support via email, over the phone, or in person
  • Why do I need The Living Plan? I am already organized; I have an estate plan and a binder prepared by my financial advisor. Isn’t that the same?

The Living Plan is NOT a financial planning tool or product; it is a secure digital depository for you to store the documents your estate and financial partners have prepared for you, along with your healthcare records, account login and password information, household expenses and bill pay details which are not usually included in what they prepare for you.

  • How are your services different from other services that professionally help people organize their affairs?

Our services go beyond getting your affairs organized.  We offer hands-on, face-to-face guidance to help you through the process of getting organized and keeping your affairs updated so you are not overwhelmed.  We also ensure that your designated advisors and family members have proper access to your affairs in the event you become sick or have an accident.

  • Does The Living Plan act as a trustee or power of attorney agent?

No, we will not take control of your affairs.  However, if you are in need of a fiduciary, trustee, or agent, we will work with you and your advisors to construct a proper support system.

  • Who can access my Living Plan? Who can I share information with?

The Living Plan provides one point of contact for you to coordinate with and communicate to all of your financial, healthcare and estate advisors and relationships. The Living Plan Secure Virtual Vault provides a secure location for you, your children or a designated agent to access all of your health care and financial documents, account numbers, passwords and security codes. Safe and secure, the vault and its contents are protected by the highest level of encryption currently available today.

  • When is the right time to start the process with The Living Plan?

The goal of our service is to help you be as prepared for crises as possible.  A large part of that is making sure you are organized and have a documented road map before you experience a crisis. Whether or not you have a will, a trust or financial plan—you should also have The Living Plan.
